Please use this website to select the stair parts you require for your staircase project. If we can help with specific details then simply place your order now and then add comments in the final page on the order process. If you prefer, you are welcome to telephone us to discuss the stair parts you need. You are also welcome to send us plans, sketches or drawings along with details of the specific timbers and styles you require.

Small orders: 70mm, 83mm or 90mm caps: 1 cap - £3.95, 2-5 caps £9.95

FREE pickup from the shop

You are welcome to collect your order from the shop with no delivery charge. Select this option during checkout and you wont be charged any delivery or handling charges. It is advise to phone prior to visit to check on availability.

Delivery dates

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days, however our fernhill and patterned handrails can take up to 10- 15 working days.
TNT deliver between 8.00am and 6.00pm weekdays and require a signature on delivery.

Signing for your Order

If the packaging looks damaged or squashed in any way, please sign for the goods as "damaged". TNT and Tuffnells will not accept liability if the goods are signed as being "undamaged" on delivery.
